Although not essential LCA normally visits the participants plant and meets with engineering, IT and operations staff.

LCA designs the system architecture to match the needs of the customer. Computer equipment is normally specified by LCA and supplied by the client’s IT group

The LCA software is downloaded through the VPN connection to the on-site LCA server and configuration of the system is carried out from LCA’s remote location.

Commissioning of the system and normally takes 3-4 weeks.

LCA will provide on-site or remote online training to the participants staff.

Technical support is provided by LCA through the VPN connection, telephone and email.
